Terms & Conditions for Campaign:

  1. Campaign Details, Concept and Participation:
    1. This is a limited period Campaign sponsored and launched by MONDELEZ INDIA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “Mondelēz” or “Company”) for Cadbury Diary Milk Rs. 5 and Rs. 10 (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign”). The Campaign shall be organized and managed by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Big City”).
    2. Limited period Campaign for the consumers shall also be referred to as “Wishpack Consumer Promo”.
    3. Consumers can participate in the Campaign by sending a SMS of the Pack Code printed on the pack to 8548888273 (SMS: PACK CODE <space> WISH <space> GIFT CODE to 8548888273).
    4. The Campaign is valid only in India for a period of 60 Days starting from 10/03/2019 at 12:00 AM to 08/05/2019 at 11:59 PM  (herein after referred as “Campaign Period“). Mondelēz reserves right to cancel/reduce/amend/ extend/ modify the Campaign Period without giving any notice/intimation to the Participants. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
    5. For the Wishpack Consumer Promo during the Campaign Period, 300 winners shall be selected to win Smartphones / Laptops / LED TVS. The breakup of 300 Gifts for Wishpack Consumer Promo is as mentioned below:
      1. Smartphone worth upto Rs. 25000 – 120 Qty
      2. Laptop worth upto Rs. 25000 – 120 Qty
      3. LED TV 32” Worth upto Rs. 25000 – 60 Qty
    6. All Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”) including trademark, copy right, patent, trade secret and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
    7. The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
    8. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Campaign shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
  2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
    1. By participating in this Campaign, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions available on www.cadburydairymilkwishpack.bigcityexperience.com for the Wishpack Consumer Promo (“hereafter referred to as Campaign Website”). The decisions of Mondelēz will be final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Successfully entering the Campaign and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
    2. Mondelēz reserves the right to exclude any person from the Campaign on (i) grounds of misconduct; (ii) criminal record (iii) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign; (c) acting in violation of these terms and conditions; (iv) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (v) for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in the regards will be entertained.
    3. Mondelēz reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Campaign and/or deletion or addition of any of the terms and conditions of the Promo, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and / or assigning any reason thereof. All decisions of Mondelēz in respect of the Campaign and the prizes therein will be final, binding and conclusive.
